Thank you for considering Sunspire Cafe for your event! We are a small, family-run business and these terms help us protect our time, energy, and ability to serve each of our clients with love and care.
By submitting a booking request through our website or any official channel, you confirm that you have read and agree to Sunspire Cafeβs Booking Terms & Conditions. This includes our payment policy, cancellation guidelines, and event expectations.
Please note: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 1 week before your event.
Bookings canceled within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
Your booking is not officially confirmed until weβve received your deposit and sent you a confirmation email.
